Other

I've actually never seen the original either but I love The Muppets and I saw Labyrinth in cinemas a few years ago and the baby from Labyrinth is one of the designers of this show so I'll watch it today

This was also a collaboration between The Henson Company and NetSHITS which I really liked but it was too outre and got cancelled sadly :chick3:

Why wouldn't they promote such an expensive show on their own app do they want it to flop :x: watched episdoe 2, finna finish the rest tomorrow. Christina Millian deserves the promo too tho
They always suck at promoting their own shows and undercut their biggest, most expensive releases. Like, they bring out so many big guns week after week in summer when they could let the media buzz breathe and spread them out all over the year. Or when they released Altered Carbon they switched all banners etc to the secret Cloverfield release like two days after :rip:

Their summer rom coms are cute, Christina Milan is gonna show these new girls how to do a rom com right tbh

I kind of like the looming darkness in the trailer. This is all very fantastical but with a scary edge. Not sure how I feel about puppets though.... don’t really like them in this but I will give it a try anyway.

Watched two episodes earlier and... wasn’t really a big fan so far. I found the puppet style character design to be off putting for me. I thought it’d would grow on me after watching the pilot but idk, I think that type of style only works for me in the world of 80s fantasy and sci-fi epics with a retro sheen and sense of charm that comes along with it. Something is just missing for me in this remake.

Aside from my superficial gripes with the show, I found the plot to be intriguing, the voice casting was excellent and the dialogue was definitely the strongest part of the show and probably the only reason to keep watching
